I love this song. I don't know if it's the fact that I', from Alberta or if it's the fact that Paul Brandt is one of my favorite artists.
This song talks about all the qualities of Alberta, the resources theh reasons he loves this place. All the fields, plains, coal mines, prairies and mountains. It all ties in.
Also, at the begining of this song, he talks about coming home and seeing "that Sweetgrass sign" I just think he can make a song about something he loves really well.
